What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day 'Ride It' guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your bike, you can return it within 30 days. Please ensure the bike is clean and packed in its original box; return shipping fees may apply.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
Each product page features a detailed size chart based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
Do you offer financing for high-end mountain and road bikes?

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every bike sold through BikesOnline comes with a manufacturer's warranty. This typically includes a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 1-2 year warranty on components against manufacturing defects.
