At BikesOnline, we want you to ride with total confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes and accessories. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we provide a streamlined process to get you back on the road with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that bikes are secured with protective padding and all components or tags are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our technicians inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
